Welcome to The Collective Coaching! By accessing or using our website, services, or purchasing any of our products, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read these carefully before completing your purchase.
1. General Overview
1.1 These Terms govern your use of the products and services offered by The Collective Coaching (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

2. Purpose
The Collective Coaching exists to help professionals uncover their potential and provides a community of resources to support personal and business growth. However, success in the mortgage industry takes time—our sales cycles can range from
30 days to multiple years. Your results will be directly tied to your engagement and consistent implementation of what you learn.
3. Term of Agreement
3.1 The term of this Agreement depend on the product selected. We offer both weekly products, one time purchase products and ongoing products with monthly billing. This gives you flexibility with no long-term commitment.
3.2 Billing continues automatically on any recurring product until you cancel.
4. Purchases
4.1 All sales are final. By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the full amount as displayed during checkout.
4.2 Charges will appear on your statement as The Collective Coaching.
5. Digital Product Access
5.1 All products and services are delivered digitally. Access details will be sent to the email address you provide at checkout.
5.2 It is your responsibility to ensure the email address provided is accurate.
6. Refund Policy
6.1 All purchases are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
6.2 Requests for refunds or cancellations will not be honored once access to the product or service has been provided.
7. Cancellation Policy
7.1 If you wish to cancel your automatic renewal, you must submit your request to [email protected] at least 30 days before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming week.
7.2 Any cancellation made before the end of the current billing week will incur a cancellation fee equal to 80% of the weekly membership fee for the remaining time in that billing cycle. The cancellation fee will be due upon cancellation.
7.3 Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing week, and no prorated refunds will be provided.
8. Account Usage
8.1 You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
8.2 Sharing login information is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination without refund.

9.2 We strive to respond to all inquiries within 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.
10. Dispute Resolution
10.1 If you encounter an issue, you agree to contact us directly at [email protected] before initiating any chargeback or dispute with your bank.
10.2 Chargebacks without prior communication may result in permanent account suspension.
11. All Sales Are Final
11.1 Due to the digital nature of our products and services, all purchases are final and non-refundable.
11.2 By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the product details and agree to these terms.
12. Exceptional Circumstances
12.1 Refunds may only be considered in cases of duplicate charges or technical errors on our part.

13. Chargebacks
13.1 Filing a chargeback without contacting us first is a violation of our terms and may result in account suspension.
13.2 If a chargeback is initiated, we reserve the right to dispute the claim with evidence of the purchase and delivery of services.
14. Access Issues
14.1 If you encounter issues accessing your purchased product or service, please email [email protected] within 24 hours for assistance.
15. Modifications
15.1 We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with the effective date noted.
16. Client and Coach
In this agreement, the term ‘Coach’ refers The Collective Coaching LLC doing business as The Collective Coaching
In this agreement, the term ‘Client’ refers to any person or entity that purchases or uses the services or programs provided by The Collective Coaching LLC doing business as The Collective Coaching.
17. Definition of Coaching
Coaching is a partnership (defined as an alliance, not a legal business partnership) between the Coach and Client, in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires the client to access and maximize their personal potential. It is designed to facilitate the development of The Collective Coaching LLC skills and to develop and carry out a plan for achieving those objectives.
18. Recordings
Client understands that all Calls will be recorded, both video and audio.
The recordings and any other materials prepared in the course of the production and distribution of the Calls become property of the Coach, and the Coach shall have the sole and exclusive right to use, exploit, and distribute such recording, throughout the world, in perpetuity. The
Coach will limit exposure to the Client by not releasing the Client’s last name. The Client understands and agrees that he or she shall receive no compensation for the Client’s appearances on and participation in any of the recorded Calls.
19. Intellectual Property
Client acknowledge that the Coach is the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights and all other rights in the materials and content the Coach uses within the Call and all training sessions, both physical and online, and nothing in this Agreement or otherwise shall operate to transfer the ownership of the intellectual property rights in such material or content to the Client.
You may not at any time copy, reproduce, publish in any form, share, sell, dispose of, or otherwise make available to a third party in any way any of the content or materials that the Coach uses or provides.
20. Limited Liability
Except as expressly provided in this Agreement, the Coach makes no guarantees, representations or warranties of any kind or nature, express or implied with respect to the coaching services negotiated, agreed upon and rendered. In no event shall the Coach be liable
to the Client for any indirect, consequential, or special damages. Notwithstanding any damages that the Client may incur, the Coach’s entire liability under this Agreement, and the Client’s exclusive remedy, shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the Client to the Coach under this Agreement for all coaching services rendered through and including the termination date.
21. Recordings and Marketing Materials
By participating in our services, you acknowledge that The Collective Coaching may record audio and/or video of sessions for marketing purposes. You grant us a non-exclusive license to use these recordings in marketing materials, including testimonials and promotional content.
If you do not wish to be recorded or have your recordings used for marketing, please notify us in writing at [email protected] before participating.
We will provide notice when recording is taking place in jurisdictions requiring consent. Your continued participation constitutes consent.
